Laser-assisted excision of peripheral ossifying fibroma- A case report

Localized gingival growths are one of the maximum regularly encountered lesions within oral cavity, which taken into consideration to be reactive as opposed neoplastic. Those encompass pyogenic granuloma, inflammation fibroma, peripheral large cellular and ossifying fibroma (POF). Among those lesions, Peripheral Ossifying Fibroma (POF) is an occasionally happening non-neoplastic growth with regions calcification or ossification. That a case presentation 31-year-old woman overgrowth maxillary left molar area. Clinically, lesion was asymptomatic, firm, pale pinkish, pedunculated. Surgical excision using LASER carried out followed by histopathologic confirmation emphasis on clinical factor.
